This piece by Robert Heinlein sums up in a nutshell my attitude toward the human race. It also serves as a sample of what has made Heinlein one of the greatest influences on my thinking.

Wow. Gave me goosebumps. That’s very close to my philosophy, especially the last paragraph on the whole human race. However, as unpatriotic as I am, I was gagging on all the “Go-USA” parts. 😀
