In other news…

Every now and then I get the urge to do a totally mundane LJ post. This is that post, so feel free to scroll on by.

With shadowandlight, briefly helped predestinedsoul pack for her move last night. Beheaded a Nazi zombie that had the chutzpah to show up. predestinedsoul, your parents must have done something right; you and darkpool give the greatest hugs. It almost makes up for all your Jew jokes. When I inherit the family business, I may allow you two to work on the factory floor.

Watched the season finale of NCIS last night. They killed Kate!!! OK, granted, if I had to choose one agent to go, it would have been her; she was the weakest character of the bunch. But still… Kate! The lesson here, folks: moments after a firefight is not a good time to mill around congratulating each other.

That chiropracter managed to rope me into visiting three times a week, cramping my already tight schedule. I look forward to my appointments, which is odd, because they haven’t had any noticeable positive effects. Of course, I wasn’t in pain to begin with. But he’s fun to talk to. It’s pretty sad, if you think about it. I’m paying for conversation.

Another side-benefit is the gorgeous drive along the ridge to Glen Rock. I can’t put it into words. One of these days I’m going to photograph it, but even that wouldn’t do it justice.

My right shoulder, it seems, pops rather easily out of it’s socket. Apparently this is unusual. Whee, I’m special.

My dad is staying with us tonight and tomorrow. What with picking him up, I doubt I’m going to have time to help with the moving tonight. Sorry guys.

I’m dragging today. Didn’t even get up in time to run this morning. I feel rotten for that. Maybe tonight…

Work has been so… worky, lately. Why can’t these people leave me alone?

    1. Ahem, God didn’t reject and divorce us, thank you very much. *blows rasberries*

      1. I never said he rejected and divorced us either…

        1. I meant, as opposed to the Jews, which he did.

          1. I often question how much of the church may also be cut off?

      3. You’ll note how God always went to great lengths to woo us (Jews) back.

        1. Lol, God was a lot more involved with his first wife. I guess he learned to relax more. 😛
