I’m just tense because I’m trying so hard to be laid back

Blew my top at the dog for crapping all over the floor again. I’d like
to say she ruined a perfectly good evening, but it’s probably more
accurate to say I ruined it by wigging out. We choose our reactions.

Retreated to my office and played very loud noises on my guitar. For
future reference: Auto-Volume Echo->Sub Octave Fuzz->Analog
Chorus->Cave Echo. It helped.
