I’m really missing polyphasic sleep. I’ve been working a lot of hours lately and a “normal” sleep schedule just isn’t cutting it. Either I’m sleeping in till 11AM or I’m zombified from lack of sleep.
I just read an article about how taking frequent breaks makes you work more effectively, and it reminded me of how the Uberman schedule was like waking up ready for a new day – six times a day. I need to get back to that.
