Setting limits. Don’t try to set limits on everything at once. Pick
one thing at a time, preferably wstarting with something that has a
high chance of success. Pick a limit, try it for a week, adjust.
Repeat.

Concrete action: I’d already pretty much decided email is at the top
of the list. Maybe not my biggest time sink, but one of the top five.
And easier to tackle than most.

Resolution: Check email twice a day starting today. Reevaluate in a week.
