How to start a new habit:
1. Pick something easy. Imagine what you think you can commit to andthen commit to an even easier version.
2. Set concrete fulfillment criterion: I will do X for Y minutes every day.
3. Tell a group of people that you are starting the habit.
4. Report on success or failure daily. Don’t dwell on failures.
5. Do this for a month.
6. Only start one new habit at a time.
