The funny thing is, I remember that animated sequence of the kid getting lost in an acid trip. And I remember “Alistair Cookie” eating his pipe. As someone who also remembers Alistair Cook hosting Masterpiece Theater (not just “Masterpiece”!), I still think the Sesame St. version was hilarious. But I guess no one would get it anymore.
