What do I want to be remembered for? Most of all, I want people to
have been inspired by me. I want them to have felt they met a spark of
the divine in me, and were moved by that encounter to more closely
embrace their true selves.

in the mind, then in actuality. Management deals with how to get there
form here; leadership determined where “there” is. Leadership often
requires relinquishing management. It may not be as immediately
rewarding at first, because the easy wins aren’t there.
